General Information:
Driving from Helston, take the A3083 towards the Lizard for approx. 6 miles, then the B3296 into Mullion. Drive through the centre of the village and turn right at the Mullion Holiday Shop, you will find The Old Inn about 50yds further on the right.
The
Old Inn is a 16th century traditional thatched roof pub, situated in the
centre of Mullion. It has three (3) Guest rooms - 2 x Double rooms and 1 family
room which sleeps four people. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, Colour TV, and
tea and coffee making facilities. A full English Breakfast is served each
morning in the Breakfast room adjoining the restaurant.
Being a
pub, The Old Inn offers a well kept selection of local Cornish Ales, and
also incorporates a restaurant serving a wide variety of both traditional
homemade and vegetarian menus can be purchased for lunch or for an evening meal.
These can be eaten either inside the building or outside on the attractive patio
in the terraced garden.
There is ample off-road car parking space adjacent too, and opposite from the the premises.
The
Old Inn, being in the village is ideally located for all local shops. One of
our sandy beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, the other in about
15 minutes on foot or in 2 minutes by car. The small fishing
harbour of Mullion and the cliff paths from where most of the local walks are
started, are also only a short distance away.
The Old Inn accommodation is available the whole year round.
