General Information:
Driving from Helston, take the A3083 towards the Lizard for approx. 6 miles, then the B3296 towards Mullion. The accommodation can be found on the right, next to a small church, when entering Mullion.

Mellans House recommended by the BBC Homes & Antiques Magazine, is a spacious, elegant and beautifully furnished
Edwardian house with spectacular country views and beautiful gardens.
The accommodation is centrally heated throughout and is open all year. There are 2 double bedrooms, (1 with balcony garden) and 1 twin bedded room. All rooms have ensuite bath/shower, TV, clock radio, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
There is a large and varied breakfast menu, catering for special diets and vegetarians if required.
There is
enough Car Parking space for three cars.
The
accommodation is ideally located for all local amenities. It is a 2 minute walk
from the centre of the village and local beaches can be reached on foot in about
15 minutes. Likewise the small fishing
harbour of Mullion and the cliff paths from where most of the local walks are
started, are very close.
St.Mellans House is open the whole year round with exception of the 25th and 26th of December.

Children: We naturally accept children but because we have no small children amenities we limit their age to above 8 years. Please contact us regarding any special pricing for this.
Reservations: These are firm upon receipt of a non-returnable deposit. Payment of the deposit can be made by cheque drawn on a English Bank; by Bank transfer or Cash. We do not accept Credit Cards.
The rates are: £49.00 per room up to 3 nights,
£70.00 per room for longer periods.
