General Information:
Driving from Helston, take the A3083 towards the Lizard for approx. 6 miles, then the B3296 towards Mullion. follow signs from the middle of the village towards Poldhu Cove, just as you are leaving the village take a right turn signposted Polhorman Lane, - Newton Farm Cottages can be found at the very end of this lane.
Newton Farm Cottages offer two recently renovated properties, each to the
very highest standard in family holiday accommodation. Adjoining
the owners accommodation with their young children, you will be ideally located
right in the middle of the Lizard Peninsula which is one of the most beautiful
& popular parts of Cornwall with its rugged coastline & picturesque
fishing villages. Indeed the beach at Poldhu Cove is less than 1 mile away. The
village of Mullion itself is within walking distance & being the largest
village in Cornwall offers numerous facilities inc. shops and family pubs.
Newton Farm Cottages also offer a large number of various 'ON
SITE FACILITIES' including; Large outdoor heated Swimming pool;
Snooker/Pool room; a converted
barn fully equipped for a wide range of ball
games, and a large lawned garden with swings and slides.
Scrumpy
Cottage can sleep up to 6 people. The accommodation is delightfully
furnished and offers 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite shower, bidet & WC,
and 2 twins. There is a further bathroom and separate shower and WC. The living
accommodation includes Kitchen/diner with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, Washing
machine, Dryer, Fridge/freezer. The lounge incorporates a colour TV, video and
open fire.
Trewenna
Cottage will sleep up to 9 people. The accommodation with exposed beams
offers 4 bedrooms; On the ground floor there is a double room with en-suite
shower room and WC and a twin room. The first floor has a double room and
another room with 3 single beds.
There are 2 separate bathrooms fitted with shower and WC. The large lounge, situated on the first floor to take advantage of the views, includes a colour TV and many useful extras. A payphone is also available within the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Bookings: All bookings are made from Saturday 2pm and the homes should be vacated by 10.30am on the Saturday of departure.
Payment: A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required when reserving your accommodation, the balance to be paid at least two weeks before arrival. Cheques should be payable to C. J. Cattran please.
We highly recommend insuring your holiday booking. If, owing to unforeseen circumstances you have to cancel your booking, in whole or in part, every effort will be made to re-let. Should this prove unsuccessful the whole rent will be due.
