General Information:

from Helston, take the A3083 towards the Lizard for approx. 6 miles, then the
B3296 into Mullion.
Drive through the centre of the village and turn left at
'Christophers Estate Agents', you will find The Mounts Bay 10yds further on the
right.

Set in the heart of Mullion Village, The Mounts Bay Guest House is ideally located for all local shops. One of our sandy beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, the other in about 15 minutes on foot or in 2 minutes by car.
The small fishing harbour of Mullion and the cliff paths from where most of the local walks are started, are also only a short distance away.

The Mounts Bay Guest House offers a warm and friendly welcome, whether you have had a good days walk along the cliff tops, a day exploring the surrounding area or a sunbathing day on one of our beaches, you can relax in our splendid non-smoking guest rooms which are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms, colour TV and 'tea and coffee making' facilities.
Our rear
rooms have wonderful west facing sea views where you can sit and watch the sun
go down over the cliffs on the far side of the bay of Newlyn, Mousehole and
Gwennap Head
. One of these rooms is offered as a family room with a double and a
single bed. The second rear room incorporates a double
bed.
Our front facing rooms look out over the village and are equipped to the same high standard of furnishings and fittings; here, we are able to offer a twin-bedded and a double room.
Hairdryers
and Ironing facilities are all available on request, but unfortunately we are
not able to accept pets.
All our
guests have a private door into our family-run 1900's free house below, from
where breakfast is served.
The Mounts Bay Public House
has a generous supply of local and national ales and a good selection of fine
wines. The Pub has been tastefully modernised to give a warm and welcoming
atmosphere and incorporates a sun terrace, a garden and sea views.
The bar area has a pool table, a dartboard and usually a hand of cards going on.
At the weekend there is often live music and entertainment provided.
There is
a large non-smoking eating area suitable for lunch and evening meals supported
by full lunch and evening menus. We can also accommodate many forms of
receptions which include weddings.
We also run a local taxi service and can offer a drop-off & pick-up service to any walkers who may want to take advantage of this service. We are also able to pick you up from the airport and train stations in our air-conditioned taxi if you travel to Mullion without your own transport.
