General Information:

Driving from Helston, take the A3083 towards the Lizard for approx. 6 miles, then the B3296 towards Mullion. Lanherne can be found on the right just before entering Mullion village.

Lanherne
is a family run B&B, a home from home and exclusively vegetarian and vegan. It is a spacious detached house set back off the main road into Mullion and surrounded by fields on three sides. We are a vegetarian family and you will receive a very warm welcome into our home. Our ginger cats Moppet and Nutmeg will make your stay with us an extra special experience. We are situated in the coastal village of Mullion, on the west coast of the beautiful Lizard Peninsula. There are spectacular panoramic views across the village towards Mounts Bay in the west where sunsets can be watched over the ocean towards Lands End. It is a short 5 minute walk to the village centre and approx. 15 minutes to  the nearest beach and 20 minutes to Mullion Cove, a small working fishing harbour.

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking and is centrally heated throughout and includes a woodburning stove in the lounge for chilly days.

There are 3 Guest rooms all with shower and wash basin, TV and clock radio, tea making facilities and a water filter. There is a separate toilet for guest's use on the landing.

There is ample free car parking within the boundaries of the property.

THE FOOD

The food is exclusively vegetarian and vegan. All meals are home made and prepared with care. Organic wholefoods are used where possible. We do not use any animal ingredients, (except dairy products for vegetarians).
The milk is organic, the eggs are free range and the cheese is made with vegetable rennet. Filtered water is used for cooking and drinking. Special diets and food allergies can be catered for.
Evening meals are available at week-ends by prior arrangement.

Breakfast

Help yourself at the breakfast bar - there is a choice of cereals and milks, (dairy, soya and rice - all organic). Then choose the veggie or vegan cooked breakfast - or enjoy a lighter breakfast such as fresh fruit salad with natural yoghurt and warm croissants. Round off your breakfast with toast, preserves, peanut butter, yeast extract or honey.
There is a wide range of herbal teas, tea, coffee and fruit juice.
