General Information:
Driving from Helston, take the A3083 towards the Lizard for approx. 6 miles, then the B3296 towards Mullion. Drive straight through the village of Mullion towards Mullion Cove. Kimberley can be found shortly after leaving the centre of the village on the left side of the road opposite the Mullion Gallery.
Kimberley will sleep a maximum of six (6) people, ideal for a family holiday, it
comprises of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. There is an upstairs bathroom
with 
shower attachment.
Downstairs, a room incorporates a shower room and sauna which can be used with advance permission from the owner.
The kitchen is fitted
with a gas/electric cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The dining room
is large enough to seat six people comfortably.
The lounge is spacious with
doors opening to a large secluded rear garden.
There is a private parking facility enough for two cars.
The
house is located in the middle of Mullion providing ideal access to all the
amenities whilst being very secluded. To walk from Kimberley to the nearest
beach takes about 10 minutes and about 15 minutes to Mullion Cove, a small
fishing harbour.
The property is available from May 27th to October 8th. The change over day is Saturday.
