General Information:
Driving from Helston, take the A3083 towards the Lizard for approx. 6 miles, then the B3296 towards Mullion. Colroger Holiday Homes can be found immediately on entering the village centre, practically opposite the local garage.
Colroger
Holiday Homes consist of five very comfortable, tastefully furnished, well
equipped homes comprising of three bungalows and two modern cottage style
houses, each one named after our local beaches. Each home has Storage heating
which is included in the tariff (early and late season).
Polurrian and Poldhu bungalows have two double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two single beds), a double wall folding bed in the lounge that can be made up and folded away in a wall cupboard when not in use. A fully equipped tiled kitchen and tiled bathroom/W.C. Both bungalows have a rear door which leads to an enclosed paved terrace area with patio table, chairs, and own washing line. Polurrian and Poldhu are open all year.
Polpeor bungalow sleeps two persons in one double bedroom, with lounge, kitchen, bathroom/W.C. Polpeor is open all year.
The
two modern cottages Kynance and Kennack both sleep up to four
persons. Each home having two double bedrooms, (one with double bed the other
with two singles), lounge and kitchen area, and bathroom / W.C.

A
very high standard of cleanliness is observed. Cotton sheets are included in the
tariff and changed weekly. Beds are made up ready for your arrival. Fitted
carpets are provided throughout each home and the equipment includes cutlery,
china, electric cooker, refrigerator, cooking utensils, tea towels, bath mats,
duvets and pillows, microwave, remote controlled colour television and video
recorder, iron and ironing board.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside tables with lamps. Heated towel rails in the bathrooms and an electric shower over the bath. Heating is supplied in all rooms including the bathroom. Water is heated by immersion heater and the electricity supply is through a £1.00 coin operated meter. Cots and high chairs for small children are available at no extra cost.
There is ample off-road car parking space contained within the premises.
Colroger
Holiday Homes, being situated in the middle of the village is ideally located for all local
shops and amenities. One of
our sandy beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, the other in about
15 minutes on foot or in 2 minutes by car. The small fishing
harbour of Mullion and the cliff paths from where most of the local walks are
started, are also only a short distance away.

PRICES ON REQUEST FOR CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR & OUT OF SEASON TARIFF.
Bookings: All bookings are made from Friday & Saturday at 2pm and the homes should be vacated by 10.30am on the Friday or Saturday of departure.
Payment: A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required when reserving your accommodation, the balance to be paid at least two weeks before arrival. Cheques should be payable to 'Colroger Holiday Homes', please.
We highly recommend insuring your holiday booking. An insurance protection form can be supplied if required. If, owing to unforseen circumstances you have to cancel your booking, in whole or in part, every effort will be made to re-let. Should this prove unsuccessful the whole rent will be due.
