General Information:
Driving from Helston, take the A3083 towards the Lizard. Turn right on the B3296 toward Mullion. As you arrive at the centre of Mullion you will see a garage on the right, at this garage turn right towards Trewoon and continue for about 0.5 km. On the right is Spring Parc, the owners cottage. After a further 0.5 km the entrance to Clahar Barton farm is on the right. Turn right into this lane and you will see Clahar Bungalow on your left.
Clahar Bungalow is available from June to September each year and is
situated on the Clahar Barton farm about 1 km from the picturesque village of
Mullion. The bungalow is set in lovely countryside with panoramic views over
fields and woodland, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
There are beautiful walks through and around Clahar (pronounced Claire) Barton Farm. Popular but uncrowded beaches are within easy reach as are several of the Lizard Peninsula's well known beauty spots, including the most southerly point.
The
bungalow sleeps 6 - 8 people and has it's own garden where children can
play, however due to the close proximity of the farm it is regretted that pets
cannot be allowed at the bungalow. 
The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen, seperate dining room, and separate
lounge with a colour television. All beds are supplied with blankets and pillows
but guests are requested to bring their own bedlinen and towels. A cot for small
children is available if required
Electricity is included in the price of rental. Night Storage Heating is
available but is charged for as an optional extra at £5.00 per heater per week
if required.
A large airing cupboard containing an immersion heater is situated in the dining
room.
There is ample parking space available.

Reservations: These are firm upon receipt of a 25% non-returnable deposit due at date of booking. Payment of the deposit can be made by cheque drawn on a English Bank, or by Bank transfer. The remaining payment should be made on arrival at the premises. We do not accept Credit Cards. Please make cheques payable to Rosemary Bray.
