Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a completed, signed booking form and a deposit. Bookings are only accepted from students over 18 years of age.

2. A deposit is 25% of the course fee.

3. Invoices: you will be invoiced  for the balance of the course fee on receipt of your booking form and deposit.

4. Full payment of the fees must be received at least four weeks before you arrive for your holiday.

5. Late bookings, made within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday, must be accompanied by the full course fee.

6. Late arrivals: no fees will be refunded in the event of the students arriving after the start of their course.

7. Withdrawals: no fees will be refunded to students withdrawing after the start of their course.

8. Cancellation of bookings must be in writing. If cancellations are made less than four weeks before the start of the course, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded. In any event, deposits will not be refunded.

9. Cancellation of courses: in the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, alternative dates will be offered or the deposit refunded.

10. Accommodation: although information and contacts are provided, students must book their own accommodation. Cornish Spirit  English Language Holidays accepts no responsibility for any problems involving holiday accommodation.

11. Travel: all travel arrangements, including flights, sailings and rail connections, are the responsibility of the student. Students can be met at rail stations, coach stops and Newquay Airport by prior arrangement.

12. Insurance: all travel, holiday and medical insurance is the student’s responsibility. It is essential that students have adequate insurance covering all possibilities.

13. Misadventure: Cornish Spirit  English Language Holidays accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by students during the period of their course due to accident, illness, bodily injury or loss of belongings.
