Terms & Conditions

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a completed, signed booking form
and a deposit. Bookings are only accepted from students over 18 years of age. |
| 2. |
A deposit
is 25% of the course fee. |
| 3. |
Invoices:
you will be invoiced for the
balance of the course fee on receipt of your booking form and deposit. |
| 4. |
Full payment
of the fees must be received at least four weeks before you arrive for your
holiday. |
| 5. |
Late bookings,
made within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday, must be accompanied by the full
course fee. |
| 6. |
Late arrivals:
no fees will be refunded in the event of the students arriving after the start
of their course. |
| 7. |
Withdrawals:
no fees will be refunded to students withdrawing after the start of their
course. |
| 8. |
Cancellation of bookings
must be in writing. If cancellations are made less than four weeks before the
start of the course, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded. In any event,
deposits will not be refunded. |
| 9. |
Cancellation of courses:
in the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, alternative dates will be
offered or the deposit refunded. |
| 10. |
Accommodation:
although information and contacts are provided, students must book their own
accommodation. Cornish

Language Holidays accepts no responsibility for any problems involving holiday
accommodation. |
| 11. |
Travel:
all travel arrangements, including flights, sailings and rail connections, are
the responsibility of the student. Students can be met at rail stations, coach
stops and Newquay Airport by prior arrangement. |
| 12. |
Insurance:
all travel, holiday and medical insurance is the student’s responsibility. It
is essential that students have adequate insurance covering all possibilities. |

Language Holidays accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by
students during the period of their course due to accident, illness, bodily
injury or loss of belongings.
