The Minack Theatre

'Cornish Spirit Excursions' arranges weekly evening visits to performances at the Minack from Mullion in Cornwall.

It has also become a required stopping place during our day-time excursions to the area.

The Minack Theatre is an open-air theatre set in a spectacular setting on the cliffs at Porthcurno near Lands End in Cornwall.

THE MINACK IS A GREAT PLACE TO VISIT ALL YEAR ROUND !
Visit by day and explore this unique open-air theatre created from the cliffside by Rowena Cade. Enjoy the spectacular views over Porthcurno Bay to the Logan Rock.

Let us tell you the remarkable story of Rowena Cade, a girl who enjoyed the gentility of Victorian Cheltenham, grew up to build an internationally famous cliffside theatre with her own hands, and how a local village play in 1929 led to the seventeen-week summer season now staged in The Minack's 750 seat, fully equipped auditorium.

Enjoy the the wealth of photographs, models and audio-visual displays, and let the magic of  The Minack touch you with its timeless beauty.

We're sure you'll be glad you came!
