Horse Riding

The Newton  Livery & Riding Stables
                     is a Member of the Pony Club Centre Member
                                      and is Licensed by the County Council

A range of facilities are available and on offer which include:

DIY LIVERY
CROSS COUNTRY COURSE

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SAND SCHOOLS
QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS

HACKING AND TREKKING
JUMPING FACILITIES
BEACH RIDES

For beginners or the less experienced rider
we offer a ½ hour lesson combined with a ½ hour hack
over attractive countryside and farmland

 1 hour Trek for beginners 
– walking only

1 hour hacks for intermediate riders
(who must be able to rise to the trot
and be in control of the horse).

2 hour rides for advanced riders
(who must be able to canter
 and be in full control of the horse).

The stables and livery have full insurance cover

Riding Hats are available for use,
and riding boots can be hired
if required.

For those who wish to experience
 the difference of Western Riding
we also offer our Treks
 with Western Saddles

Carriage Rides are available for
up to eight passengers at a time.

Special Rates are made for
children under 10 and for
 groups of  3 adults or more

Whilst visiting our stables
try your skills at riding
our Rodeo Bull

Groups as well as individuals
are catered for.
